Stockport Hat Works - The Hat Works Museum now closed. Don't worry though it will be back soon; bigger, bolder and better than before. The date for the reopening of the new site at Wellington Mill is Easter 2000. Refurbishment is now taking place.
If you watch this space over the next two years you will see it transformed into a major new attraction and educational resource in the heart of the town.
